We know how nail-biting it is to wait for your purchase. For this reason, all our shipments include Track & Trace.

International EURO Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden
· €12.55 shipping fee
· Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days
International EURO Zone 2: Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, Vatican City
· €14.55 shipping fee
· Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

RETURNs
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@millmade.eu providing:

· Contact details
· Reason for the return of the items
· Order number
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade with love and in small batches, therefore items might have slight imperfections and some details may differ from the pictures. This makes our items unique and does not affect their quality or performance.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return question at info@millmade.eu
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
